  • Reach Out: however you choose to contact us, email, web, socials, we will book a 30 minute intro call. 
  • Our intro Call: within 30 minutes we aim to understand what's on your mind and the scale and scope of your needs, at high level.

 

  • We work visually with you: offline we create a first view and will share this with you to visualise all the key objectives. 
  • We work collaboratively with you: co-refining the key objectives and metrics, to agree the services that balance your needs, opportunites and challenges against available time and budget.

 

  • We tailor all options to you: you receive a detailed propsal with suggested timelines and costs, so you are fully equipped to engage us on your terms.

It was one of the most energising remote sessions I've been part of. It was fun, engaging, and I valued the space to surface real challenges. For people that dialled in remotely, it was very energising and collaborative. You eased everyone into it with fun and interactive activities that got everyone involved.  Checking up on everyone ensuring they were still engaged - hard to do this remotely as you can't always get a feel for peoples engagement levels.

The Miro board with a theme and a central idea and how it binds well with the overall agenda of the retro workshop (takes me back to my MBA exam papers, always thematic but never losing the central idea of asking questions and seeking answers). It was actually fun, as well as being really engaging, and best of all - it was productive and very worthwhile. 

This is what I enthusiastically told my line manager 10mins after the conclusion of the workshop:

We've just come off the session facilitated by Lisa, which was attended by a good number of us across the different areas. I just wanted to say how impressed I was by the workshop, not just by Lisa's facilitation skills which are brilliant, but also by the level of engagement of the attendees and the amount of good ideas which came up.  Those 2 hours produced the amount of output that I would expect from a full-day workshop.  And it was facilitated fully virtually too, which shows that this format really does work from a collaboration and engagement point of view.  I'd fully support another one of these sessions in a few months' time, or next Q, or as time permits.  It was really worthwhile 🙂
